I've been using it for a few years and it's always a solid product. I usually only take 1 1/4 scoops. It comes with 40 servings so if you just take 1 serving per workout it'll last you almost 2 months assuming you workout 5 days a week. It's a good supplement not only for the price but the effectiveness. I would like it more if it didn't have caffeine. I don't get jitters at all but I like to drink green tea before workouts and I believe that too much cortisol is counter-productive to building muscle. I'm not sure how much is in there but I would prefer it if it had none.
