**Q: Will these grommets work well with tools from a different brand as long as its tools for the ¼ grommet size?**
A: I am pretty certain there are standard sizes for grommets even though they are made in different sizes. You should be OK as long as the tools are made for the size grommets you bought. I have not had any issues after using hundreds from different manufacturers. Follow the directions.

**Q: Will these grommets work well with tools from a different brand as long as its tools for the ¼ grommet size?**
A: I would think you would have no problem setting them with another brand of tools.

absolute junk, I tried 10 of these, none worked, I have a grommet thing that came with 500 pieces, it is amazing, tried these grommets, none worked, just garbage. Just repurchase the grommet maker that comes with grommets, don't buy this JUNK crap from China or Japan, I threw the whole package off 500 in the garbage. Amazon should kick this company to the curb. I work for a living and this product from this comapny just got away with taking my $ for crap that is aweful.
