Take a look at the picture I provided. Two of the 3 metal supporting rods kept popping out so I immediately contacted Adorama. To be honest, the help I received was poor. Their tech support person couldn't tell if the rods popping out were an issue, or designed that way, so he said he was going to contact the shipping department and have them find a replacement part to test out in order to figure things out. Ok sure, but after waiting almost a week with no response, even after I contacted him again, I just decided to return it and get my money back. If you look closely, you can see red glue residue on the tip of the rod. They're clearly not meant to pop out. Imagine the remaining rod would've popped out and dropped my flash. No thanks. I might buy it again in the future and see if I get lucky. It would have to be on sale though.
