A: Desert Harvest utilizes a patented process to filter out all the anthraquinones (latex chemicals naturally in aloe, such as aloin) from their aloe vera.

A: In our double-blind, placebo-controlled study of the Desert Harvest Super-Strength Aloe Vera frequency and nocturia were both symptoms that patients received relief from while taking our aloe.
