**Q: Are these lead free?**
A: Yes, they are lead free.

**Q: is there warranty if they break?**
A: I did not see any warranty in the package, but don't know for sure.   I threw away the 2 that didn't break in the first 2 days for fear they would break while in use - -extremely thin and fragile glass.

**Q: What are the exact base dimensions ? i see 3.5” and 31/8 in which is it ?**
A: These are horrible
