I don’t have any problem with this mascara. It’s cheap, it’s black, it seems to be tubing. I really can’t complain considering the price, but I will say, the name is a bit misleading. It doesn’t totally eliminate smudging, but mainly I just get flaking. I often discover small mascara flakes under my eyes, especially when I put this on my bottom lashes. It doesn’t slide off nicely like I’ve seen other tubing mascara do. I’m not a seasoned mascara wearer, and the best mascara I’ve ever used was a free sample of a very expensive brand, the name of which escapes me. This mascara does seem to have a pretty thick goopy consistency, but it isn’t clumpy or lumpy. I feel like it’s actually pretty easy to work with. It’s easy to control the amount of product I put on my lashes, and it’s very buildable. It doesn’t add any obvious length to my lashes beyond any average mascara. I only apply it to the mids and ends of my lashes, and I don’t feel like it drags them down too badly at all. I always thoroughly curl my lashes before applying, and the curl lasts well.
