I don't get my acne but I get a lot of milia which anyone who has milia knows its hard to remove cause they have no opening to pick so I poke a hole into the milia and put on the patch and go to sleep and let it do the rest and 8/10 it falls out by morning. This will preform like no other patch, it's on the pricier side but it's honestly so worth it.
