There is a recipe included with the pan on the revere side of the packaging. You can also find some wonderful recipes on Nordic Ware's website and abound on the internet. I have this pan, you have to butter and flour it completely on inside for easy release. I sifted powdered sugar over the finished cake and it looked just like snow. Beautiful! **Q: I used this pan but i colored the batter green when i took out of oven it was grayish ? Did do wrong & how to privent it again** A: I colored my batter green using gel food coloring and it worked perfectly. I used a Duncan Hines yellow cake mix.
