Well worth the price. Very effective, longer lasting than "BioFreeze," and cheaper. Sore No More helps me with joint pain. The "Warm" product is good for back pain, especially in the lower back area. I use the "Cool" gel regularly for a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. It gives me for about 3 hours of pain relief at night. After that, I apply it again. It's the best pain-relieving gel I've found. (But Don't touch it i the eyes. )
