The size is perfect for testing the colors before committing to a large bottle. I did not find the odor strong nor offensive. Because the weather was cold out, I decided to use it inside the house. There was no over powering or lingering odor. Drying time was about 2 hours considering that I used multiple layers and baking powder to the mixture. Overall, I love the excellent coverage of the paint and would definitely purchase again and also try other colors for different crafts or projects.
