I looked up the components of this product and they can be harmful if swallowed. I would not use it for any kind a baking or cooking even just to make a mold for food. **Q: I want to dye clear silicone flexible hoses black. Will this work?** A: I dont think so. These dyes are meant for tinting un-curred silicone while mixing **Q: Where can I find information on whether this pigment is skin safe? I want to use it on a prosthetic.** A: You can not. You can get " A " broad idea from any answer.... What you will NoT find are the actual results of " A " allergy Test without consultation and actually having the "skin / allergy" test done in person because.. " a allergy " can and May be aquired at any time with Little to No contact or With Prolonged exposure to said specific dyes, materials. Ect. The colors can also mix colors to make your own color for your silicone molds ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pigment, small bottles *by M***L on July 22, 2026* This pigment mixes well with silicone and is highly concentrated so you don't need to add much. It can be transluscent with certain colors but adding white or black can help with that. I was concerned that adding too much dye would inhibit curing because I used a-lot of it to acheive a specific shade of brown. Thankfully it had no effect on the curing. Speaking of brown, it does come with a bottle of brown dye, but it looks more maroon. The darker pigments of the brown seem to have seperated and pooled on one side of the bottle during storage and it won't remix no matter how hard you shake it.
