Body hair, which is also known as adrogenic hair has different growth phase cycles to scalp hair ie. the anagen phase is shorter, the telogen phase is longer and this accounts for why head hair can grow quite long and body hair is short.

A: Each item is seperate. Ther is no group package or kit. I use the Mens shampoo with the pink conditioner at the same time. 3-small drops of each is all you need. Wet hair, work in conditioner, then add shampoo. Leave on head and rinse at end of shower.
