I had my own beef jerky store for several years, so I'm a connoisseur, but no snob. -----update 8/13/2019------- I contacted customer service via the email on the bag and got a response. They sent me a new bag and here is the email I sent them back. Very happy now. ....The biltong showed up last Thursday! I'm sorry i kept forgetting to email you. It is delicious. It's night and day difference between the bag I got through desertcart originally. This bag was pristine and the taste is spot on. Every piece is a perfect slice, no shreds or fluff. Dark, rich brown color, not hay colored like the old bag. I really think that the other bag got very hot or something and out the taste off. Thank you so much.
