In other clothing brands- Normally 24 month vs 2T the 24month is a little looser for diaper wearing kids and slightly shorter. That has been my experience. All manufacturers are different, check with them. **Q: If i need 6-9 mth size, is that a 6mth or 9mth on the ordering?** A: I would get the 9 month you can roll up the pant legs if a little long but they don't let out much if to short **Q: Is it thorn resistant?** A: It is made with thick material, but I can not say with a 100% certainty. **Q: Are these supposed to be worn over clothes or like any other overall?** A: That's how we do it!
