**Q: Why are there so many terrible 1-star reviews on this product?**
A: We have HP OfficeJet 6500 which has been a workhorse with no issues.  It cost about $150.  Good luck.

**Q: Do you know if it comes with cord/cables for the back with the used printers?**
A: Hi, Tiffany.  Yes, the printer comes packed with all required "tools".  Easy set up; easy to use.  Happy printing.  "Blueskies"

**Q: How do I get it print from my iPad?**
A: you need to insert the disk that came with the printer into a computer and it takes you through all the set ups including the air print and the google print for iphone and android devices to print stuff.

**Q: The site says you can ship out of the US...do you ship to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico?  If so can you give me the approx. cost of shipping?**
