Pickled Pork is definitely a regional thing. I love this when I make red beans. I am glad I can get it through Amazon and it gets shipped frozen packed on dry ice and I get 5 packs at a time. If you want authentic red beans there really is no substitute. Savoies is the taste of authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice.
