Review: Longer REM Cycles and Assisted in Overcoming weight loss plateau - I saw this product after starting Keto and exercise for over 2 weeks. My weight loss plateaued while maintaining still 25% body fat, according to my digital scale. I'm not fancy enough for calipers. During this time, I already dropped the initial water weight that comes with starting Keto. I'm in my mid 30's and my metabolism doesn't change as well as those in their 20's, so I'm not surprised that my weight loss hit a brick wall. I follow my macro's pretty well and always operate at a calorie deficit. I also use a Fitbit versa 2 tracker which I know is not 100% accurate, but the variance between before and after is considerable. The first night after taking Inno Supps Night Shred, I did not fall asleep as fast as I'd like. I definitely felt calmer, but I have a history of not being able to fall asleep quickly. It takes me 60-90 minutes on average. This did not change and melatonin doesn't appear to help. This is a personal issue. **Q: This contains melatonin, and it’s said not to take melatonin daily, bc then you risk your body not creating it on its own. How will this be any diff?**
A: We disagree with that.  Melatonin is very safe and well studied.  It is generally concluded by scientists and doctors that supplementing with Melatonin long term doesn't affect your own production.  On another note, if your body is prone to making less melatonin than normal, sleep may always be an issue that is easily resolved by supplementing with Melatonin.  

Night Shred also contains a very low dose at 3mg and works synergistically with the other ingredients in the formula to help the body achieve a deep and restful sleep.

**Q: Is there any peanuts, contact with peanuts or manufactured on shared machinary with peanuts?**
A: Our products do not contain peanuts as an actual ingredient, however we do list it as a possible allergen due to our manufacturer also producing other products containing peanuts in their facility. Our manufacturer does conduct extensive cleaning and testing between every run of every product they produce. So while it is unlikely, it is still possible.

**Q: Does it make you sweat at night while sleeping?**

I love this product. I will say that I never expected to lose any weight using this product. However as a 44 year old man this thing does a lot of good. First the Magnesium really helps me with my restless leg syndrome. My muscle spasms/cramp episodes are now far and few between. The digestive gut help I receive is an added bonus. I wake up feeling less bloated and ready to start my day. My stomach just feels "reset". It is the best way to describe it. Lastly the melatonin, I have never taken it before trying this product. I will say it helps me calm down before bed. Which in turns helps me sleep. The negatives are, this does nothing for late night hunger.
