I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and style of the sink. The sink will work well in both new home construction and will fit in with almost any décor for an older home. I read the reviews on water pooling in sinks with a flatter bottom which is why I choose this style of sink because the bottom on this sink slopes down to the drain; no pooling. Finish cleans up nice and our fussy plumber could not find anything wrong with it. The shape of the inner bowl is unique in the way it slopes towards the drain. We couls special order them from a big box store for just over double the price we paid on Amazon. We bought two of them for our master bathroom and I would not hesitate to buy them again. They are VERY strong, sturdy and solid.
