Plenty more pockets for sweets/chews if required and keys again if I'm driving to another location first.It's adjustable and should fit most people, excellent product and would probably have paid more after first inspection of this product. I did purchase the vest alone and I will purchase the camel back version. The pockets are a bit small, I have big keys so it is always a struggle to put my keys in but I always make it work.
