UPDATE - Messaged seller & was shipped a new battery. Arrived in 2 days. As an Amazon seller myself I appreciate good service like I provide MY customers. I added 2 stars back. 2nd Opening of the laptop was MUCH easier than the 1st. Old battery had a swollen cell which caused all kinds of issues with computer from mouse not working to machine not turning on even when plugged in. Installed new one. Everything works fine. We will see how long this one lasts. - UPDATED REVIEW - After 6 months this battery is KAPUT. Didnt even get a year out of it. A battery should last WAY LONGER than that. So, NO , I would NOT recommend this battery. I will have to replace my battery once again, which they have turned into a complete PIA by installing them internally. What a pain int he butt. I will be looking elsewhere. Update: they will be sending a replacement. No hassle. No return of old one . Just a pain opening computer & damage it causes by doing so. Small crack from last one. PIA. Wish they would go back to external batteries. Truly a pain.
