Review: Seem to have helped with arthritic pain - We've been taking these for the last month and I've not noticed any side effects, the recommended dosage is 2 tablets a day which we take one in the morning and one in the evening with a meal. They are quick release capsules and although a little large they are easy to swallow and we haven't noticed any taste or after taste. I've not had as much pain in my legs since taking these and so think they are effective. They have similar ingredients to another well known brand but are a little expensive. I would consider buying these again but like all supplements if you have not taken them before and have other health problems it's best to check with a health practitioner first.

What I like • Good “all-in-one” formula: glucosamine + chondroitin + MSM, plus hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and turmeric. • Easy to swallow capsules (small/standard size) and no noticeable taste. • Best with consistent use: I didn’t expect instant results, but after regular use over time it felt genuinely worthwhile for my active lifestyle. • Great value on subscription (mine is around £17.54; one-off purchase is usually higher).
