**Q: Can refills be ordered**
A: Yes, they’re just the normal Parker type ones.

**Q: Can you get refills for the ink for this pen?**
A: I hadn't thought of this when I bought the personalise pens, and after sourcing through the company website it did say;- Any Parker Pen Cartridge.
I hope this helps;-)

**Q: How long will delivery take? It doesnt specify in your post.**
A: Took mine about 3 days. Was quick.

**Q: Can this be ordered with red ink instead of black - so it can be  used for marking work?**
A: It’s only black. But, you can buy red refills and change them. They’re only like Parker refills.
Easy to do, took me about 50 seconds.
