So far this pillow is good. Not perfect, but it does seem to make it less likely for my face mask to leak. I like the shape and it fits really well with my neck and shoulders (regardless of the CPAP). I also like a firm pillow, and this is a firm pillow. Not hard, but just right if you prefer a firm supportive pillow. Overall it is a good purchase for me and I will continue to use.One side note, the pillow comes with a thin white pillow case that is the shape of the pillow. I have used it and it's ok, but I haven't tried the pillow with my normal pillow cases and I don't think you need to have the case that is specific to this pillow shape. It arrived in a vacuum seal plastic. It is very soft and versatile for me. The cover 100 percent cotton and the filling is 100 percent polyester. I can lay my head on the pillow vertical or horizontal.This pillow comes with a fitted pillowcase.
