I don’t understand the negative reviews mine are great. Preheat them with very hot water, make sure the food that goes in is piping hot and they will keep the food warm for the duration of a meal. If you want something that’s going to keep it warm longer your going to need a food flask.I have also put these on a food warmer plate (the candle type) and they have worked extremely well. Looking forward to using them at Christmas to keep the veggies hot. They’re not going to work miracles but they are much much better than a normal serving dish.

I have received the item with dent on lid trying to get it sorted out but no help or advice where to contact

The pots I received were not new they were old and rusty, am disappointed, I don't recommend at all coz they look beautiful on the picture its a lie

It’s not keeping food as hot as it should even for 2-3hrs Let alone be for 6-7yrs as mentioned in product description.
