I already had the boots bands, but when the gyms closed I needed something for more of a full body workout. I've been using them for a month now and am so pleased with the quality, daily use and there's no overstretching or snags in the fabric. They don't dig into your legs or hands when doing the exercises, which is my favorite part, the rubber type ones are painful! It's also so convenient to use them anywhere so I can continue working on my fitness goals even while visiting family.
