These leaked on the first wear! I did use spray after that (NikWax) but they continued to let water on. Many thanks.** A: Grangers footwear cleaner or NikWax footwear cleaning gel. Don't use soap or washing powder as the boots will froth up when raining! **Q: my boots have split in two places on the right boot. How do I get a refund/replacement?** A: If your within your 180 days limit go to your orders and you’ll find the details of the vendor that you can get in contact with to resolve the issue if they agree to exchange you’ll have to return them and then get refunded and reorder them.
