## Features

- BABY UTENSILS – Spoon set intended for Stage 1 of baby led weaning – introducing babies to the concept of holding utensils; practice dipping into purees at the early part of BLW; for ages 6 months up before they have a firm grasp on self-feeding; the fork and spoon are best for dipping and scooping, not yet spearing / piercing solid foods
- GENTLE ON GUMS – Textured silicone is not only easy-to-grip, but soft and gentle on gums; Chewtensils can be chewed by teething babies; the back of the spoon head has sensory bumps to stimulate gums

- SAFETY TESTED – At Bumkins, we use 3rd party labs to ensure the products we manufacture comply with CPSC and CPSIA standards for BPA, Lead, and Phthalates
- EASY TO CLEAN – Hand wash and dishwasher safe; can be boiled to deep clean; silicone can absorb scents, so we recommend cleaning with unscented, natural detergent

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is there a case included or one that can be purchased for these utensils?**
A: Bumkins toddler silverware does not include a case.

**Q: Are these worth the price?**
A: No absolutely disappointing product. It stains so easily. I used it once for barely a couple minutes I’ve tried washing it several times and even left it soaking in baking soda but it still stained. Not worth the price at all.

**Q: Is the size and shape of these actually helpful for toddlers learning to use utensils?**
A: Bumkins Silicone Chewtensils are designed as training utensils for babies to learn self-feeding.

**Q: Are they too small for a 2.5 toddler to use?**
A: My 9 month old grandson uses them they are designed so they wont go in their mouth all the way. I will say these particular ones are smaller then others I have seen. They are about the size of a pic lighter in length. And only a tad wider then one they do have the things to prevent them from going in there mouth however like I said above they are a bit smaller then others on the market.
