I purchased it with a Amazon prime try before you buy box. And it was actually something that I hesitated on buying but I didn’t like it. I just wondered how often I would actually wear it. Which for each person is completely different I know, but I am not typically one that just wears dresses in my every day life. I wear them to like church or you know Different things. But I don’t have to wear them for work or I’m not typically just going to pick a dress to wear as a day-to-day outfit.It is actually thicker than what I would expect for a tank top dress. I don’t necessarily think it counts against it though. It is extremely soft and very true to the colors that you would see online I would say. I have already worn it several times and times when I wouldn’t typically wear a dress I’ve worn it just because it’s soft and it feels decent against my body. Just for reference I bought this when I was 24 weeks pregnant I believe. Maybe a little sooner than that and I have worn it several times to Church and several times just during the day because it felt good. My only issue is that it was a little thicker than I thought, because I am going to be very pregnant this summer, since our little one is due at the end of summer. I just wanted something that would be easy to throw on, knowing how in end of pregnancy could be, since this is our second. But I honestly will say that I have surprised myself with this one. It has light very cute for multiple different like things. I’ve put a denim jacket with it and just really liked how that looked together. I will say I think this might be a product of try before you buy box and wondering how many people tried it on before me. But I did have to sew up a hole where it came on sewed at the seam. No joke first time I wore it I just happen to have somebody at church asked me if I knew there was a hole in it. And I looked down and Shernoff at the scene. Thankfully below any undergarments, there was a bout a 2 inch hole, where it had just come unsewed at the seams. I actually almost returned it because of that and then I told myself I was being silly, and I know how to sew so I should just sew it up. But I am thinking because of how sturdy it is, and all the other places that it’s probably just a side effect of using the try before you buy.I wouldn’t recommend this dress completely! Looking that we are getting ready to go somewhere for summer vacation. This is definitely one of the things that I am going to pack! And honestly some thing that I will be getting a lot of use out of this summer. If I was to do it all over again, I would buy this! I don’t know if I would go back and buy another color of this dress just because I don’t like patterns, but definitely is one that I would recommend to someone that’s pregnant. It’s extremely comfortable and nice material. It doesn’t feel like one of those things that is cheaply made that you can often get with maternity clothes. I feel like this is one that if we were going to have another baby, I would be able to wear for the next pregnancy. I also feel like it would grow with my bump as the weeks go on. Which I feel like it’s definitely saying some thing about maternity clothes now. I will say I am not the tallest of people, but I am average height for a woman and it does almost come down to my ankles. I felt like it would be a great one for my sister, who is on the taller side and had trouble finding things that would end up being too short.
