Energy feels clean, doesn’t upset my stomach, and it tastes good. I’m pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness because other brands just make me feel cracked on caffeine. I’d say the maximum duration is about 4-6 hours from one scoop and it doesn’t keep me up at night.
