They are polarised and their reflective finish helps keep out more of the sun than regular UV sunglasses. With using eye drops for dry eyes along with wearing these sunglasses and a hat in the garden, my eye feels so much better. They come with a decent sized cleaning cloth and information about the sunglasses and the company who make them in Germany in a strong cardboard storage box. They look well made and feel comfortable on my nose and ears, they feel lighter than my normal designer sunglasses. My wife really loves these and says it's the best pair she has had, and considering she has suffered for years with really bad Migraines these seem to work well for her.
