Some kind of leather or synthetic leather. The only difference was the color of the fabric inserts that the R and L are on. **Q: Why lie about your product? "protein leather" is not leather at all, it's plastic. if you can't be honest about this, how can i trust your company?** A: I can tell you this. They will last longer than the original. I have been through two Bose Original Pads for the Bose Q35. These are more durable. Plus it comes with the tools to snap the pads in. **Q: Does this fit ? https://www.amazon.com/bose-around-ear-headphones-discontinued-manufacturer/dp/b00cd1fb26** A: They fit well on the headphones we have had for years **Q: what's the exact size of the back rim ? I'm looking for an oval 90mm x 70mm for a knock-off** A: I purchased for Bose headphones, they're oval. I measured my ear pieces width and length and purchased the coordinating size. Check the produce details and specs for the size you need. ## Frequently Bought Together - SoloWIT Protein Leather Earpads Cushions for Bose Headphones, Replacement Ear Pads for Bose QuietComfort 15 QC15 QC25 QC2 QC35/Ae2 Ae2i Ae2w/SoundTrue & SoundLink Around-Ear Series - Black&Blue - SOULWIT Replacement Headband Pad Kit for Bose QuietComfort 15(QC15)/QuietComfort 2(QC 2) Headphones, Easy DIY Installation - Black - YOCOWOCO aptX Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter for Bose QuietComfort QC 15 with Mic/Volume Control, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/202834250-solowit-earpads-for-bose-headphones-black-and-blue](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/202834250-solowit-earpads-for-bose-headphones-black-and-blue) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
