Someone, during the delivery process, stepped on and crushed their tube. Daughter so upset.** A: Yes mine came in a padded envelope with a sticker on it saying live insects. They were in plastic tubes with red caps that were taped on. I’ve waited the suggested 48 hours for the larvae to come to life, unfortunately none survived. Very disappointed. **Q: Our ladybug larvae all died, how do I receive a replacement** A: you must Contact who you received them from and tell them they died.
