**Q: is all that pure cane sugar healthy 32 grams**
A: No it's not fairly healthy, but I usually either do one cup of this or coffee but never bother because it is a lot of sugar to be in tea.

A: Greetings.

Preparing is very easy. Heat up the water to boil. add the tea to the cup and pour the water in the cups. Thats all !!!
