Very comfortable. And it can be cut easily if it's too long (2 1/2"). For my small feet, next time I can get the smaller toe caps. (I used them for dance shoes.) **Q: When you cut these to size, should you cut them to fit right up against the end of your toe? or do you leave a small gap?** A: They are very stretchy and flexible. I definitely wouldn't cut them unless they are obviously a bad fit.
