**Q: Does  this come with a battery installed??**
A: Yes it does, mine arrive with 50% charge which was very helpful.

**Q: Is it possible to get a receipt with the serial number and imei number on it, as the amazon recipt doesnt contain any of this imformation just basic**
A: You can't get such information until you buy. Then you are stocked if you don't like what you get.

**Q: Where is the text screen Button Locates**
A: Should be Bottom of first screen  or swipe up to get apps swipe left 2nd screen text symbol is in the middle

**Q: Possible to get his real photo?**
A: Ask the seller. But honestly  I don't think so. They'll have 50 or more of them and will send you a random one

Excellent refurbed high-end S20 plus Samsung phone at a good price. Current model is S26. I would have liked a plug along with the USB-C lead (which was reasonably long) but I seperately bought a contactless charging pad with plug and so I now have one and an extra lead. The supplier lead was USB-C at both ends. I got a cheap case separately.
