## Questions & Answers

**Q: does it color when you make a bowl out of it? (bowl, i mean smoothie bowls), and do you reap the same benefits in this extract than dried flowers?**
A: I used the extract for a cake, and it definitely colored the cake.  If you mean ingesting the dried flowers as a powder, i doubt this has all the same benefits.  If you purchase this,  be sure to refrigerate it after opening.  I left mine at room temp like i do other extracts,  and months later it bubbled out of the container and made a big mess.

**Q: Is this a pack of 6 as indicated in the title or is it an individual item?**
A: It is an individual item.

**Q: What drinks can you add this to to keep its blue color?**
A: Drinks that are not acidic.

**Q: Does Lime juice work as good as Lemon juice?**
A: Yes, both lime and lemon juice will have the same effect in this case.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun drink additive

I bought this to go with food grade pearl dust and it makes a lovely blue glittery drink, when combined with alcohol. Minus the pearl dust, you can use this butterfly pea flower extract in non-alcoholic drinks too, and it makes a great deep sapphire blue. When lemon or lime juice is added, it goes to a lovely lavender purple. You will use more than a normal food coloring to get a deep color, but I'd say one of these bottles will dye three bottles of vodka (750ml standard bottles) a satisfactory blue. Steps up the cocktail magic for sure.
