**Q: The picture for the Platinum has “the full package”, so does that mean when you order the platinum you get the Rinse stand, travel bag, and warranty?**
A: Yes! All accessories included and a 2 year warranty. This only applies to the Platinum models.

**Q: Is it used with shaving cream/lotions or without  ?**
A: Can be used without but I found using with shaving cream gives the best results
