I mounted this incorrectly and it impacted its ability to accurately tell direction. This was unknown to me at the time so I reached out. The seller was responsive, incredibly nice and very helpful. He corrected me on what I was doing wrong and asked I check to see if it helps. I got so busy with work that I wasn't able to check for a couple of days. The seller took it upon himself to issue a 50% refund, maybe assuming things didn't work out. This gesture is so kind, I had to leave a review calling it out.
