Review: An actual good deal - First off, it arrived quickly and was simply, and neatly packaged. The tripod itself comes in a quality heavy duty nylon carrying bag, that has a commercial quality zipper, which is nice, long term. The tripod is everything the seller’s description said it was. The parts that are plastic, are high quality plastic with a very solid feel. The fluid head is smooth w just the right resistance, and the aluminum tubes that comprise the actual tripod legs seem to be very strong, which when combined with the attached spreader , gives the whole thing a very solid stance that can carry some weight. Here’s the thing….like anyone reading this , I buy a lot of “things “ as I slog through life, and usually I’m pretty disappointed w the quality and design, which is why I am so impressed w this tripod…absolutely looks, and feels like it’s worth the money.

Absolutely awesome tripod. Very large and heavy. Would not backpack with it, but if you are driving to location, this thing is sturdy, and not affected by the wind as much as the smaller ones.
