Cooks up the same too. Has the exact same texture. You cannot tell this is GF. You can use it for guests and they won't be the wiser. I cut the recipe in half and still used a whole egg and that was fine. If you like thick pancakes you'll want to use less liquid then what the directions call for. I like thin cakes so the directions are perfect as is for me. Pricey like most gf's are. Love it that we have gf alt's now that actually taste the same. It's sparing me terrible consequences. I will try G n G's baking mix next time due to the price but I don't know if it will be as good until I try it. In comparrison to most gf pancake mix's Bob's price is comparable and less than some.
