Way nicer than the rusty cast iron original. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome, but not perfect. *by E***K on June 6, 2026* I begin reviews with 5 stars and deduct for negatives. I would deduct 1/4 star is that was possible. For me, the SS grate is a lightweight option to the cast iron grate. Yes, the SS grate distributes heat differently than cast iron, I've cooking on both materials for 40 years. I really the cleaning ability of SS. The negative on this grate is that its not flat. Both halves teter-totter a bit across the support pads on the grill. Not a deal breaker by any means. 4.75 stars for me. ## Frequently Bought Together - Stanbroil Stainless Steel Grill Cooking Grates for Weber Q1000 Series, Q1200, Q1400 Gas Grill, Replacement for Weber 7644 - Set of 2 - Uniflasy Cooking Grates Stand Adapter Support for Weber Q100, Q1000, Q120, Q1200, Q1400 Q200, Q220, Q2000, Q300, Q320, Q3000, Q3200, Q2400 Series Gas Grills, Replacement for Weber Grill Accessories - Uniflasy 60040 17 Inch Grill Burner Tube for Weber Q1200 Q1000 Q100 Q120 304 Stainless Steel Baby Q 386001 386002 516002, 516001, 50060001, 51060001 Gas Grills, for Weber Q Grill Parts 69957/41657 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/199013880-stanbroil-cooking-grate-for-weber-q100-q1000-series-grill-2](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/199013880-stanbroil-cooking-grate-for-weber-q100-q1000-series-grill-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
