Review: Glad I Bought It! - Installation was easy once I sorted out the orientation of the bracket. After that, it's a matter of assembly of the plastic screws and the side support panels. The panels could be lifted up and out of the way until needed. The panels are soft cushion and offer comfort when the head is leaned into it. It could be a little bit thicker for more comfort. Overall, good design that solves the generic problem of neck kinking when someone falls asleep on the passenger seat.

Worked very well while we had it. Makes a huge difference when you are needing to rest your head and sleep! We bought two. One of them still works but the other has broken off on both ends. This was likely due in part to our kids bumping into them over the years, so I don't know that other products would have held up any better. Overall a great product!
