There's a danger of the fan perma-welding to your mobo, and a noisy one it is, too. CoolerMaster's Hyper 212 EVO comes to mind, but check for compatibility with your mobo first. Not expensive. **Q: soo.... just how much less will this preform compared to the i3-3220?** A: i can say that i3-2100 (3.1ghz) will perform about maybe 10 -20% less than i3-3220 (3.3ghz), you would not even see the difference because it is only .2ghz difference.
