This boa can around the shoulder or used as a trimming for evening wear, prom dresses, costumes, hat pieces and theatrical events. We only use the best quality feathers, hand sewn and perfectly dyed to vibrant colors. After you receive the boas, please pull them out of the PVC bag(s), preferably outdoors, in order to get rid of debris formed during processing and shipping. The boas should be hung for 48 to 72 hours before use. The longer you hang them up, the better they will look.

This boa was perfect! It is fluffy, brightly colored, and was a great piece to my outfit!Warnings: it does lose feathers throughout the time you wear it, and it temporarily stained my white shirt (it came out in the wash)So keep that in mind! Would buy again!

I bought 2 different boas. The other one was fuller so decided to return this one. Return postage is not included, and the cost to send it back was almost $5. Not worth it.  So may just keep it. Most other items like this  on Amazon give free return.  Be aware of this when you order from this venderAs for boa, there are some that are thicker but this one is sufficient for costume and the silver threads add a little more sparkle
