**Q: What do the capsules look like? Mine came in and look like the were melted inside**
A: It probably means they were exposed to high enough heat in a mailbox or delivery truck to cause them to fuse.  The pills might not be as effective.  They are normally brown; which is probably why they are stored in a dark glass bottle.

**Q: It states has fermented soy, how much does it have? Having allergies to soy a concerned?**
A: unsure.

A: 1/21

**Q: What's the difference between the capsules and soft gels?**
A: capsules are harder like a bean.  Softgels are soft and pliable. Now, NC only makes a liquid Veggie Cap which is like a SG but is stronger and more durable.  You will like the new improved Liq. VCaps. I believe.  Mark Stearns.  Herbalishous. Wayne, PA.
