**Q: Instructions say only use for one month. So after one month you need to stop using it. How long need to then wait before you can start using it again?**
A: Ive used it non stop for past 5 months, no bad effects. So no idea how to answer.

Would recomend.

A: I don't think it does. I use it for a month and it does seem to be ok.

**Q: Is this strong nasty taste like some others,  also does it whiten teeth too?**
A: No it's not a strong taste and it doesn't whiten teeth
