The product was sealed. Unlike when I buy it at a drug store. So that was a huge plus. No one tampers with your product. The product itself was simple enough for me to get what I had to do on my own. The instructions were clear and very helpful if you take the time to read them. Just a friendly reminder this is actual dye. So if you end up carelessly dropping a few drops on your bathroom countertop like I did, make sure to wipe it off immediately, because it will EASILY stain your counter like it did mine. The color was not what I was expecting but as far as grey coverage - it did exactly what it should have. Overall a very decent product If you're buying for grey coverage.
