**Q: What is the width and length of the hole**
A: It is large enough for sturdy fishing line, doubled embroidery thread, or a wire the size of a small paper clip, but not large enough for fat satin "rat tail." Hope that helps.

**Q: Does it come with the wire loops?**
A: Yes, the wire loops are included, but I did not use them. I tried a couple and I had to bend them too much to insert them and then bend them back into shape again.  I found it easier to just put a fishline thread through the hole and double knot it at the top. It looks nicer as it seems like the crystal is floating in the window.

**Q: do these refract light?**
A: This crystal ball refracts light. When the sun shines, there will be rainbows everywhere.

The cut on these makes them catch all the light and send rainbows everywhere they are super sparkly. The pre drilled holes are very smooth and safe no worry about getting cut on them. Super easy to use for crafting good quality. We're definitely buy again.
