It is very sturdy and performs well raising and lowering the head and foot of my Winkbed king mattress. The vibrator and underneath led lights and the remote all work as they should. Overall very pleased with the product and its performance. Seems to be well built, expecting long, useful life for product. One caveat, especially for the king size: it is very heavy - 224lbs - and comes almost completely assembled, which means assembly is easy, but the box is huge and very heavy. Two men will have a real hard time moving it. Beware, I had to stand the frame on edge and sliding on an old blanket to get through doorways and when I finally got the frame into the desired room it was standing upright on its hinged seam as shipped. I intended to let down one side at a time to have it flat on the floor upside down to attach the legs. I had my wife hold one side, which was balanced and required no strenuous effort, while I let the other side down to the floor. As I begin to lay it down I thought this is much lighter than it should be. Turns out the heavy metal frame is not actually attached to the ends of what is the top platform except at the hinge point. So as I was getting close to the floor with just the platform top, the actual heavy metal frame also came down free fall, causing the whole half (112 lbs?) to come crashing down on top of my ankle and foot. No broken bones but major bruise. This is obviously my own fault for not paying attention when I was trying to lower one side. But just be aware - the king size frame is really heavy. But do love it now that it is in place - use the foot rise for my hurt ankle! ;) Review: Perfect! - Very easy to put together. You basically put the legs on which can be height adjusted & plug it in. This bed replaced a very old adjustable bed & I would always wake up with hip pain from an old injury. I have had no hip pain at all even while using the same mattress. So I’m assuming this frame is more orthopedic friendly. The best feature is the massage which even has a 3 setting timer. The only con is the remote. If I wake up & want to adjust the frame I have to use my phone light because it’s very difficult to see the settings in a dark room. The settings only light up when you push a button but quickly goes out. The flash light on the remote is on the back so it’s no use when trying to see the settings. However, within the first 24 hours it made a constant beeping sound. We notified the company and their response was immediate, professional, and efficient. They determined there was a defect with the power boxes and sent us new ones within hours of the diagnosis. Upon installation of the new ones, the bed is wonderful, and we have never slept so well. What impressed me the most however, was the customer service department. They were in constant contact until the problem was rectified.
