**Q: does this have a creamy consistency/not grainy?**
A: it is a creamy texture. i find the consistency to be creamy when it is in a glass jar. it is my experience the ghee in plastic jars seem to melt during transit and the plastic containers buckle. i am super happy with this product.

A: We do not claim that it is lactose free.

**Q: Hi, what is the expiration date?**
A: I purchased my container of ghee in November 2016. Just checked the label tonight and the "Use Best By" date was Oct 31, 2017, or roughtly a year from the purchase date. It'ss good stuff.

**Q: Is the jar glass?**
A: No. Its Plastic. Thanks !

Great price and good product. But I wish the jar is made of glass not plastic-if it is made of glass it will be easy to microwave!!
